last night i went to dinner with justin. drank too many pina coladas. someone should warn me not to drink frozen drinks when it's cold outside. gives brain freeze a whole new defintion. then it was off to hastings where i succombed to lesbian pressure and bought that tori amos greatest hits cd thing. and read some article about a guy i know that was in the advocate

did i tell you about what half assed thinking thing i did on friday night?? hmm well no ok. me and chass have not gone running in a few weeks so we decided after slaving away at the medicine shoppe we would reward ourselves with our ritual run down by the river. thinking it would be oh so pretty with all the the christmas lights. so went home and bundled up (this was the night the cold front blew through town). got to the park, stepped out of the car, walked a block and decided it was way too cold.

last night i also went to the not so gay gay club with my soon to be in the navy friend. (i will miss him), had a few drinks, played some pool. by the way i am much better at pool when i have a few drinks in my system.spent the night talking to some nurse like person from the hospital. it just made me hate the fact that gorgeous, smart, employed women in this town are more than often straight. however it is ok to flirt when we are both a little inebriated.

i really feel like i need a nap. or a hot shower. or both.

did anyone happen to catch that melissa etheridge dolly parton thing on CMT?? for some reason i felt really wierded out watching it. it could be that dolly parton looks like a midget white trash drag queen and melissa etheridge looked ready to do do her best madonna meets britney impersonation. though dolly singing "come to my window" was oddly perveted in a good way.

ok back to the the blue cartoon couch with my linus blanket, chicken soup, warm lemon tea and a bottle of vapor rub. with my the fablous life marathon.

my throat hurts and i don't like that.
